These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Signature Bangla website, apps, and related services (the “Service”). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Signature Bangla is an online shopping platform in Bangladesh offering pharmacy, grocery, fashion, and everyday essentials with home delivery through its shops and partners.

This /terms page is a legal document. It is not the product homepage and is not a substitute for Contact or Support help pages.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or close an account if we reasonably believe the Terms are breached, fraud is suspected, or local law requires it.

Product details, images, and prices are shown for information and may change without prior notice. Availability depends on stock at the relevant shop or partner.

Pharmacy and regulated items may require additional checks. We may cancel or limit orders that cannot be fulfilled safely or lawfully.

Prices are generally displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, discounts, and offers are applied as shown at checkout.

An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order (for example by status update, SMS, call, or in-app notice).

Payment methods may include cash on delivery, online payment, wallet, or other options enabled on the Service. Online payments are processed by third-party providers under their rules.

If payment fails, is reversed, or appears fraudulent, we may cancel the order and recover amounts owed where permitted by law.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, weather, traffic, stock, and rider availability.

You must provide a reachable phone number and a clear delivery address. Failed delivery attempts due to wrong address, unreachable contact, or refusal may result in cancellation or extra charges as communicated.

Risk in goods generally passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable consumer protections.

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depend on product type (including pharmacy items), order status, and shop policy. Perishable or opened products may not be returnable.

If an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact Support promptly with order details and evidence so we can investigate.

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or another method we agree with you, within a reasonable processing time.

You must not misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at abusive scale, posting harmful content, or placing orders for unlawful purposes.

You must not resell our Service access or interfere with other customers, riders, shops, or our systems.

The Signature Bangla name, logos, website design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Signature Bangla is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed.

We may update products, features, fees, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Bangladesh have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
